Your beloved Black and Gold released dates and times for all things “Training Camp” this morning. The players will report on Thursday, July 28th by 4pm ET and then formal practice begins on the 29th including the first practice open to the public. That will begin at 2:55pm.

First Public Practice: Friday July, 29th 2:55pm
Annual Friday Night Scrimmage at Latrobe HS: Friday August 5th at 7pm
Joint Practices with Detroit Lions: Tuesday August 9th and Wednesday August 10th. Both will be open to the public with times still to be determined
First Preseason Game vs Detroit: Friday, August 12th 7pm
End of Camp: Follows closed practice on Wednesday, August 17th
If you are going… Plan on lots of people. Steelers’ Training Camp at St. Vincent’s College in Latrobe is a tradition dating back 51 years and fans love it. If you’re an autograph hound then you need to learn where to be and when to be there for the best chances to get your favorite player’s signature. Kids will love the NFL Experience that goes on above the practice fields and if it’s hot, bring plenty of water and sunscreen!
