Good Wednesday to you Steelers’ Fans.
I really do love summer. I love it even more considering that this past winter I endured multiple days where the high never got above ZERO! As nice as summer is it’s also a bummer in the sense that there is very little Steelers’ news to discuss. Now I’ll be the first to admit that having a quiet Steelers’ summer is very refreshing. Actually, it’s incredibly refreshing but still… In one month the Steelers will be on the fields of St. Vincent College in Latrobe and these “woe is me” thoughts will be a thing of the past. So the weight I must bear is simple; enjoy a nice, quiet Steelers’ summer while patiently awaiting Camp. Who am I kidding? There will be very little patience on my part!
Make sure you check out our official SCB store. Through July 4th you can save $10 by entering code MERICA10 at checkout! There are some great SCB styles and other original shirts as well.

The Bengals’ bad luck with first round draft picks has continued. They used the 11th overall pick on Alabama offensive tackle Jonah Williams who will now miss the entire 2019 season with a torn labrum. Williams joins other Cincy first rounders like William Jackson III and John Ross who never saw a snap in their rookie season. Certainly not the way rookie coach Zac Taylor wants to start out.
I haven’t seen the latest NFL jersey sales but I expect that JuJu Smith-Schuster will be in the top 10. He’s one of those players where even casual NFL fans will like. We all probably know that person or two who just loves football and owns dozens of jerseys from different teams. Personally I don’t know how people can be like that but hey, whatever floats your boat I guess.
Have a great hump day Steeler Nation!
