This season we are expanding our coverage of WPIAL football to include a weekly show. Through our partnership with Small Player Big Play , Ian and Bruce will sit down each week and chat about the recent results as well as looking forward to the upcoming games. The WPIAL Blitz Show will be available for FREE all season on the Small Player Big Play, which provides schools and youth sports organizations the opportunity to fundraise by live-streaming their games and events. Check out their Twitter page and get the app for free on Apple or Andriod devices. The show will also be available on the Small Player Big Play YouTube Channel.
Due to some technical issues last week, there was not a show, so the official start is with this episode following Week 2. This week Ian and Bruce covered:
- What’s new in the WPIAL this season (including realignment and playoff structures)
- Teams to Watch in each classification
- Key results from the first two weeks
- Big Games coming in Week 3
