WPIAL Blitz Show Week 8 Player of the Week (Presented by Brute Athletic)
Our Player of the Week from Week 9 was Belle Vernon RB Quinton Martin. In a showdown for the 3A Interstate Conference title with unbeaten Elizabeth Forward, Martin stole the show. He ran for 174 yards and 3 TDs and added 2 receiving touchdowns as the Leopards routed the Warriors 48-14. Belle Vernon’s victory gave them the top seed in the 3A playoffs.
