Many Steelers’ fans scoffed at the idea of Antonio Brown wanting a new contract with two more years after this one left on his current deal. But through the first two weeks of the season, Brown has clearly elevated himself to the position of “best receiver in football.”
Knowing the Steelers don’t do “in-season” contracts, would you re-consider your thoughts on a new deal for him?

I would wait until March, but I would do it with 2 years remaining. Good business decision. It’s not like Brown will have much leverage.
I agree with Ben A. The longer the Steelers wait the more their leverage dissipates and the harder it will be to sign AB. And if he has 2 more years like the last 2 he may cost more than the Steelers are willing to pay.
