The beginning of March calls for an important time in the NFL offseason: Collegiate Pro Days. Head Coach Mike Tomlin and Offensive Coordinator Arthur Smith have begun their rounds together starting in Georgia. These two are set to make their rounds through the top pristine colleges to scout potential future draft picks. Georgia is well-known for producing absolute studs of athletes coming into the NFL Draft. They recently finished their 2024 season second in the SEC and made the quarterfinal of the playoffs, ultimately losing to Notre Dame. Their rush to the playoffs landed them in the Top 10 of the AP Poll, finishing another impressive year behind coach Kirby Smart. Here we take a look at the 15 Georgia draft prospects heading into the 2025 NFL Draft.

The 2025 NFL Draft is swiftly approaching as it begins on April 24. On the road to the Draft, keep an eye on our Draft Profiles and Draft Previews.

Arian Smith WR

Senior

6’0″ 185 lbs

Speed is the name of the game for this receiver out of Bradley, Florida. Perfected his craft as a track runner coming out of high school. Didn’t often see playing time while he was at Georgia. Smith finished his 2024 campaign playing his most games in a season (14). While speed was at the forefront of his game, he struggles in the physical aspect. Difficulty in one on one, press coverage catches may turn some scouts away. But, Smith has many good traits around his game.

  • NFL Combine results: 4.36 40-yard dash, 38” vertical, 10’7” broad jump.
  • His tremendous speed was evident in the 40. He has elite level jump shown in his vertical.
  • He had a smooth gauntlet. Showed off great hand strength, kept the ball in front of him using his hands to catch the ball.
  • Can easily get behind defenders off the line with his speed. Bona fide deep ball threat.
  • Great speed after the catch. Able to keep his feet moving after making the catch.

Projection: Day 2 (Late 3rd Round)

Ben Yurosek TE

Senior

6’4” 245 lbs

Originally from Bakersfield, CA Yurosek broke into the college football scene playing for Stanford. He entered the transfer portal after 3 seasons with Stanford, and found himself a part of Georgia’s loaded tight end group in 2024. Though faced with adversity, Yurosek managed to find action in seven games (including the SEC Championship). Throughout his collegiate career, Yurosek achieved All-PAC 12 second team tight end.

  • Pro Day stats: 4.64 40-yard dash, 31.5” vertical, and 9’7” broad jump.
  • Great speed for a tight end. His vertical worries me, I see his height helping him in contested catches.
  • Decent size. At 245 lbs, look for him to be successful as downfield blocking and block against the rush.
  • Tremendous speed off the line. Able to get downfield quickly.
  • Strong football IQ. Reads defenses well and finds soft spots in zones to get open for his quarterback.
  • Great hand-eye coordination. Has the ability to track the ball into his hands as it comes to him.
  • Moves laterally well, he finds strong performance when he is in motion.

Projection: Late Day 2 (3rd Round)

Dominic Lovett WR

Senior

5’10” 185 lbs

Coming from Belleville, IL Lovett began his career playing two seasons at Missouri. His second year at Missouri put him on the map as he finished the season with 846 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns. These stats quickly landed him a starting position at Georgia. Lovett played all 14 games in both seasons at Georgia, tallying 1,220 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. Speed is also very evident in Lovett’s game, but he lacks aggression being only 185 lbs. Pressed contested catches are very inconsistent and he finds himself being bullied by cornerbacks.

  • NFL Combine results: Ran a 4.4 40-yard dash. 33.5” vertical and 10’0” broad jump.
  • Elite level speed. Finds himself easily behind defenders giving his quarterback a target quickly.
  • Continues his speed after catches. Able to turn upfield at a fast rate.
  • Can be utilized in the slot or lined up out wide.
  • His game can be described easily as smooth. From the release off the line to finishing his route, it’s very smooth.

Projection: Early Day 3 (4th Round)

Dylan Fairchild OG

Redshirt Junior

6’5” 318 lbs

Our first offensive linemen on the list comes in at 6’5” 318 lbs. He didn’t have to go far after high school being from Georgia. After playing as a backup role his first two seasons, Fairchild found himself playing in 14 games in the 2023 season. He quickly became a solid starter and found himself starting his last year in Georgia. From a dominant high school champion wrestler to a dominant offensive lineman.

  • Physical and dominant is how Fairchild defines his game.
  • Great background in wrestling, carries that aggression into blocks.
  • Second team All-SEC in 2024. 2x National Champion. Has great experience in crucial games.
  • Keeps his hands inside on blocks and doesn’t give up ground easily.
  • Solid lateral movement. Moves very well with blocks and becomes mobile on screens.
  • Does not lose blocks easily. Great footwork and keeps his base centered.
  • All around great size and a dominant player.

Projection: Late Day 2/ Early Day 3 (3rd or 4th round)

Jalon Walker LB

Junior

6’1” 243 lbs

A five-star recruit out of high school, Walker made a name for himself early. He quickly found himself in crucial games as he played in the National Championship his first year at Georgia. Already having a championship title under his name, Walker continued his dominance throughout the rest of his college career. Jalon Walker won the 2024 Butkus Award after recording 61 total tackles and 6.5 sacks.

  • Lines up at edge and linebacker
  • Dominant pass rush and pursuit speed
  • Elite closing speed, can quickly come downfield and stop rushes.
  • Limited college snaps, still put up impressive numbers.
  • Decent pass coverage, good ability to drop back into coverage.
  • Elite rush attack and amazing closing speed, with decent coverage in the pass game makes him one of the best linebackers in the Draft.

Projection: Day 1 (1st Round)

Jared Wilson C

Redshirt Junior

6’3” 310 lbs

Wilson was a part of the same National Championship team as Jalon Walker in 2023. Quick to have National Champion under his belt, Wilson continued his dominance at the centerpiece of the offensive line. One thing that turns me away from him is that he only started one year at Georgia and cut his college career short being a redshirt junior. I would have liked to see a full Senior season from Wilson. But, he does have championship experience and knows how to perform in crucial games.

  • Ran a 4.84 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine (leading his Center class). Yes, a 4.84 for a 310 lbs unit.
  • Quick feet, great ability moving laterally to follow blocks.
  • Great use in the screen game.
  • Solid hand placement, keeps his hands inside on his blocks consistently.
  • In his career at Georgia, Wilson only allowed nine QB pressures and one sack.
  • Reliable center and consistent wins in blocks.

Projection: Day 3 (Early 4th Round)

Malaki Starks S

Junior

6’1” 197 lbs

Five star recruit coming out of high school, Starks made himself known very early in his career. He stayed local as he grew up in Georgia. He started all three years at Georgia recording 197 tackles and 6 interceptions. Starks is a 2x first-team All-SEC and was named first-team All-American in 2024. He is without a doubt a future star in the NFL and will quickly become a starter with the team that drafts him.

  • Ran a 4.5 40-yard dash.
  • Tremendous speed to keep up with receivers downfield.
  • Plays aggressive against contested catches.
  • Great ability in turning his hips and staying centered with receivers.
  • Able to locate the ball and position himself for interception opportunities.
  • Shows great football IQ.
  • Has all the traits to be a starter in the NFL.

Projection: Day 1 (1st round)

Mykel Williams EDGE

Junior

6’5” 260 lbs

Williams is a five star recruit out of high school. He stayed local as he is from Georgia. An immediate presence as he recorded two total tackles and one sack in the 2023 National Championship. He continued his dominance in the next two years at Georgia recording 37 total tackles and 9.5 sacks. Williams was awarded 2x Second-team All-SEC. He is a natural presence on the defensive line. Explosive athlete and physical build. Has great traits to become an elite pass rusher.

  • Quick off the line. Times the snap tremendously to get ahead of the offensive lineman.
  • Uses his height to deflect passes at the line.
  • Great football IQ, reads offensive plays very well.
  • Elite bend around the edge, able to get behind the line proficiently causing disruption.
  • Has great pursuit speed after winning his block.
  • Athleticism and length is evident in his game, making him a dominant edge rusher.

Projection: Day 1 (1st Round)

Nazir Stackhouse DT

Senior

6’4” 327 lbs

Stackhouse is an absolute unit weighing in at 327 lbs. You can’t see the name Stackhouse and not immediately recall the big man rumbling downfield on his interception against Missouri in 2023. He is a bona fide athlete coming out of Georgia. He is physical on the line of scrimmage and uses his great strength powering through the line. A flaw could be that he is primarily a two-down player. He often rotates with other linemen. Stackhouse prides his game on the run stop. He can easily become an elite run stopper given more production.

  • Solid presence in the middle of the defensive line.
  • Amazing run-stuffer.
  • Aggressive first move off the line.
  • Forceful tackling on the ball carriers.
  • Tremendous power, just lacks quickness and lateral movement.
  • Too much tunnel vision.

Projection: Day 3 (Late 4th Round/ Early 5th Round)

Smael Mondon Jr. LB

Senior

6’2” 224 lbs

A solid five-star recruit out of high school, he stayed in Georgia throughout high school and college. Mondon played a key role in Georgia’s defense throughout his career. He was a part of the National Championship team in 2021 and 2022. Mondon was awarded second-team All-SEC in 2023. He played all 15 games in his true freshman year, then led the team in tackles his sophomore year. The awards and championship wins back the true athlete Mondon was in Georgia. He plays very physical and has speed to back his game as well.

  • Elite speed crashing downfield when on the pass rush.
  • Great ability in showing pressure then backing into coverage.
  • Ability to move lateral on outside runs, tracks down runners and gets to them quickly.
  • Plays great coverage, able to keep up with running backs through their route.
  • Solid open field tackling, able to wrap up and bring down ball carriers in open field situations.
  • Possess traits to become an elite pick in the Draft.

Projection: Late Day 2/ Early Day 3 (3rd round/ 4th Round)

Tate Ratledge OG

Senior

6’6” 308 lbs

To start, Ratledge is a man with a solid mustache and outstanding hair. He started three years at Georgia and continued dominating at the guard position. Excellent versatility is shown in Ratledge’s game. A dominant force on the offensive line and great support for his quarterback. His accomplishments show the type of player Ratledge is. He was awarded First-team All-American (2024), 2x First-team All-SEC (2023,2024), and 2x National Champion (2021, 2022). Starting in all games for three years at Georgia should show scouts he has the ability to be a consistent starting force on the offensive line.

  • Dominant strength, wins his blocks with ease.
  • Able to keep his hands inside his blocks, putting all his strength through the defensive lineman
  • Doesn’t give up ground and isn’t pushed backwards easily, keeps his footing and isn’t knocked off his block.
  • Excellent arm and leg strength.
  • Ran a 4.97 40-yard dash at 308 lbs, pure athleticism.
  • Able to move laterally, follows his blocks.
  • Great timing on the snap, able to get his frame right and block well.

Projection: Day 2 (Late 2nd Round)

Trevor Etienne RB

Junior

5’9” 198 lbs

Brother of known running back, Travis Etienne, Trevor is not too shy from big brother’s skill. Coming out of a top running back class in high school, Etienne found himself in Florida at first. He built a strong showing there and soon transferred to Georgia. Notably, Etienne ran for 94 yards and 2 touchdowns against Texas in the SEC Championship game. He had a fairly impressive college career and has potential to be a great back. He is a certified three-down back and isn’t afraid to carry the ball as much as he needs to.

  • Ran a 4.42 40- yard dash in the Combine, showed great acceleration.
  • A solid 35” vertical at the height of 5’9”.
  • Possess great shiftiness and smooth cuts.
  • He is a solid route runner, he makes a great over-the-shoulder catch on wheel routes as seen in the Combine.
  • Great rush blocker, used in the pass protection often.
  • Has a great juke move backed up with solid acceleration after.

Projection: Day 3 (Late 4th Round)

Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins DT

Redshirt Junior

6’5” 276 lbs

Ingram-Dawkins lacks experience throughout his college career, only playing his most games this past season. That is what will turn scouts away, but his skill set will keep eyes on him. Though still developing, TID has amazing strength and speed. He has the majority of the tools to be a bona fide starting defensive tackle. He is just evidently very inconsistent in areas caused by lack of playing time at Georgia.

  • Ran a 4.86 40-yard dash. Solid time for a defensive tackle.
  • Recorded a 36” vertical, elite jump to have at the line of scrimmage to bat down and deflect passes.
  • Trait to improve his ability with more time.
  • Common flashes of an aggressive first move.
  • Possess great arm and leg strength.
  • Shows great speed, moves laterally well in pursuit of outside runs.

Projection: Day 2 (3rd Round)

Warren Brinson DT

Senior

6’5” 315 lbs

Brinson played five seasons at Georgia, winning two National Championships (2021 and 2022) He built a winning mentality early in his career and found himself playing in almost every game the seasons after. He only started a total of 8 games in his last two seasons. Another player who wasn’t given much starting time to fully showcase his talent. In his little spurts of starting, Brinson showed promise in his game. He has excellent arm and leg strength with ability to push offensive linemen back.

  • Solid athlete with a 31” vertical. Height will assist in a good vertical.
  • Moves well laterally, can track down ball carriers and close on them.
  • Covers great ground at 315 lbs.
  • Tackles well with power.
  • Finds gaps in the offensive line quickly off the snap.
  • Fills holes in the run game quickly.
  • Gets his hands inside the pads and pushes his strength through the lineman.
  • Lacks experience, could be a solid player given reps.

Projection: Day 3 (5th Round)

Xavier Truss OG

Redshirt Senior

6’7” 309 lbs

Truss is a 2x National Champion with Georgia. He filled a lot of holes for the program by playing multiple positions. He was found playing tackle and guard for the offensive line. Truss struggled to find playing time at the start of his career, later changed as he started playing more games and found a starting role in 2022. He was awarded Second-team All-SEC in 2023. Lack of experience at the start of his career may turn a few heads, but he showed strong skill during his starts after 2022.

  • A physical presence at 6’7” 309 lbs. He lacks no physicality.
  • Great lateral movement, can easily block outside for outside runs.
  • Athleticism to move into the second level and block upfield for runners.
  • Works well in the screen pass, maintains blocks and gets outside quickly.
  • Times the snap well to be prepared for the rush.
  • Shows incredible strength in knockdown blocks, uses his force to knock down rushers.

Projection: Day 3 (Late 5th Round/ Early 6th Round)
