Remember way back when, it was said that we were running a vanilla offense in preseason. And i said “no this is our offense and there is no vanilla”. Well it all comes down to Ben not being able to make all the throws. Why lie, he can’t no more Maybe he can sneak a good game or two out of his aging arm let alone his legs but not a entire season.
I’m not ready to say he can’t make the throws. I am ready to suggest the offense has become predictable and that his receivers not named Brown are still struggling with their route concepts and ability to get open. I expect a lot of Le’Veon Bell today in KC.
