The Blitz – Steelers Fan Podcast Week 4 Wrapup

by Steel City Retro

The Blitz - Steelers Fan PodcastThe Blitz is back on the black n gold airwaves and this week we welcome back long time friend Dom Errico from TribLive. Dom has done several shows with us in the past and we always enjoy his insight to the team. Plus he’s got a super cool radio voice 😉

Dom, Marc, and Matt breakdown the week 4 loss to the Vikings in London as the Steelers now enter the bye week winless, the first time they’ve been 0-4 since 1968!

Why did it happen, how can it be fixed, or can it be fixed? Who were the bright spots in the loss and is this team capable of realistically turning the season around after the bye week?

All that and much more coming your way on The Blitz!

Be sure and catch Dom on Twitter @SteelCityVoice and catch him covering the Power for the Pittsburgh Sporting News as well!

The Blitz is an independent Steelers Fan podcast, not associated with National Football League or the Pittsburgh Steelers. For this episode, we also lay no claim whatsoever to the song No Easy Way Out by Robert Tepper. Song used only for entertainment purposes.

Week 4 wrap is the best analytical commentary on the Steelers I have heard in the past 2 months. How is it that this commentary exists and Steeler management seems to be steering the Titanic?? Tomlin should have an auto electric shock attached to him. He should be jolted every time he utters some mundane comment like “Obviously we didn’t play as well as we should have”.

I have been questioning Dick LeBeau for a few years, and again this year. Just seems that he is using the same old defensive methods. Nothing changes.
