The Steelers will practice today from 1-3pm ET.
Latest Injury News: PIT: William Gay (concussion protocol), Heath Miller (rib) Did Not Practice, CIN: Adam Jones (foot), Leon Hall (back), George Iloka (groin) Did Not Practice
From everything we are hearing at this point, Pacman Jones is likely ‘out’ for Sunday. If true and if Iloka and Hall are less than 100% that could spell big trouble for their secondary against the Steelers’ receiving corps.
With James Harrison closing in on the Steelers’ all-time sack record, we really should take a second to appreciate the current leader Jason Gildon. He’s rarely among the first guys mentioned when you talk about the great linebackers in Steelers’ history but maybe that should change.
The Steelers’ William Gay didn’t practice yesterday as stated above due to concussion issues. From what I’m hearing, his not practicing was more of a safety precaution by Mike Tomlin rather than anything else. Sounds like he should be a ‘go’ for Sunday.
Tweet of the Day… I tweeted at Mike and Mike this morning about Herm Edwards’ rant. I guess they read it on air.

Antonio Brown had an up and down day on Wednesday. He received the AFC Special Teams’ Player of the Week Award but was also fined over $11,000 for his little “pole dance” following his punt return for touchdown.
Our entire staff here at SCB put our own two cents in on the play of Brandon Boykin in a feature we call “Staff Chat.” Here’s the link.
James Harrison is coming off of a huge game and when asked about possibly being back next year he told the Trib’s Chris Adamski, “I’ve got another year on my contract.” Stay tuned.
Have a great deal Steelers Nation!
