Mike Tomlin said yesterday that the “everything is on the the table” regarding the potential discipline of Le’Veon Bell and LeGarratte Blount following their marijuana busts last week.

-More than likely the NFL won’t act on this until 2015 but something tells me Tomlin wouldn’t mind getting it over sooner rather than later.

-Jason Worilds banged up his knee in Philadelphia Thursday night but should be OK for the opener against Cleveland.

-The news is slightly worse for linebacker Sean Spence who has a sprained PCL. He’s expected to miss two to four weeks.

-In case you missed it, former Steelers’ running back Isaac Redman officially retired due to a neck injury. I always appreciate his effort.

-Here’s Ray Fittapaldo’s chat transcript from the Post-Gazette.

-Smaller newspapers sometimes feature really good writers and Dale Lolley at the Observer-Reporter in Southwestern PA is one of those. Here’a s good piece on William Gay and Domestic Violence.

-The Steelers practice today at 1pm.

-Mike Tomlin’s presser begins at Noon Eastern today.
